ABSTRACT
A hydrogen-bonded organic framework assembled by the complex of Mn2+ and 2,2′-bipyridine-6,6′-dicarboxylate was employed for OER under acidic conditions. The coupling of two Mn5+(O) species is the rate-determining step, which leads to this unusual pH dependence on the OER performance. -
