In conclusion, we have successfully prepared a new 2D
van der Waals material, MnTeMoO6, by mechanical exfoliation. This
material is very stable in air. The large in-plane anisotropy of phonon
vibration modes is revealed by ARPRS measurements. The origin of anisotropy
within its large surface is explained by structural analysis. The SHG responses
of MnTeMoO6 flakes are odd/even layer-independent in a wide
wavelength range (820–1200 nm). Our research presents a potential choice for delving
into the interlayer coupling and fabricating novel inminiaturized photonic
equipment.
