ABSTRACT

A viologen-bearing Zn(II) coordination polymer, [Zn(Bpybc)SO₄]·H₂O, has been successfully synthesized and structurally characterized. The title compound exhibits sunlight and UV-induced photochromism, thermoschromism, and amine-selective chemochromism.
